1) Bass

The bass is built from layered Serum 2 presets — a deep sub-bass carrying the low end (G#2 → F → C2), doubled by two mid-bass layers moving through C3 → C2 → C3 → C2 → D3 → D2 → D3. The mid-bass notes are actually short, but spatial processing stretches their perceived length, making the sound feel like it lingers a little longer than it does — creating a sense of space and depth in the bass part. MidBass2 steps in as an accent, working as a small transitional lift right before each new bar or section kicks in. Together, the deep sub-bass and the sharper, acid-tinged mid-bass tone give the track its dark, hypnotic pull, matching the brooding, driving mood of this bass-heavy, groove-locked House cut.

2) Piano

Progression: C4 → C4 → F4 → G#4 → G4

Built on Ableton's stock Grand Piano instrument, this part plays just four notes, but spatial processing and delay stretch them into a rich accent texture — landing as a small, punctuated four-note progression rather than a full melodic line, adding character without overcomplicating the arrangement.

Progression: Cm7 → Ab6 → Cm7 → Eb6/9

A fairly simple Serum 2 preset — a "4088" wavetable layered with a basic saw, heavy unison, filtered low pass. It plays mostly in the second half of the drop, while the intro only uses the first two chords (Cm7 → Ab6), holding back the full progression to ease the listener in. Movement comes from automated high pass, low pass and reverb macros, keeping the chords feeling alive rather than static.

Harmonically, it stays inside F minor without ever resolving to a strong dominant — Cm7 (v) drifts into the warmer Ab6 (III), back to Cm7, then colors into Eb6/9 (VII). Against the dark, heavy bassline, this floating harmony creates a bittersweet lift over the driving groove.

4)Drums

The drums follow a driving, bass-heavy House blueprint built for peak-time energy — a steady four-on-the-floor kick locks the groove, with claps and snare hits on the backbeat adding punch, while layered percussion keeps the rhythm rolling underneath.
