Due to the nature of our products (offering non-tangible digital products) we DO NOT offer refunds once the product is sent and downloaded because it is not possible to “return” the product and ensure that the product is no longer used.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests.

We DO NOT refund for compatibility problems. If you have for example Ableton live 9 instead of 10. It is your responsibility to know your software. We are not responsible for products that does not function properly if you system doesn`t meet the product's requirements. All our products are tested and guaranteed to work.

We provide examples of the products you are purchasing. You are responsible for ordering the correct product. We cannot exchange your products if you bought the wrong one
