Inside The Project Interplanetary Criminal & Silva Bumpa - HOLD DA PHONE Ableton Remake
1) Bass

The main bass is created with the Bass preset in Serum 2 using two saw waves, one sine wave and a short envelope, playing F → G → G3. It is complemented by Mid Bass in the intro and Wobble Bass accents in the drops. The Wobble Bass uses LFO filter automation to add movement and variation to the bass line. All bass parts are created without unnecessary plugins, using only Serum’s built-in functionality.
2) Instruments & Harmony

The instruments here work as additional elements rather than full standalone parts. The Phone Pluck preset creates a telephone-like effect in the drop and adds movement in the high frequencies. Stab adds tonal accents during the build-up, while Saw Pluck provides several one-shot accents in the pre-drops. All instruments are created in Serum 2, adding unexpected elements to the arrangement and keeping it constantly evolving.
3) Drums

The main four-on-the-floor groove is complemented by a percussion group of three Percs and two Rims, adding swinging accents and a more organic feel to the drum section. A Shaker Loop ties the percussion elements together into a continuous groove, while Snare Fills add variation and movement across different sections of the arrangement.
4) Full Project

A steady groove keeps the track engaging through precise, minimalist elements without unnecessary plugins, showcasing the possibilities of Serum 2.
All TMA projects and templates feature a clean, professional arrangement, making it easy to understand the structure and explore MIDI, chords, Serum Presets, samples, sound design, automation and mixing techniques.
