1) Bass

The main bass uses a Bass preset in Serum 2, delivering a classic house groove with an organ-like, percussive character and strong Kickstart sidechain against the kick. Built entirely with Serum’s own effects, it adds subtle variations without unnecessary processing. In the pre-drops and breakdowns, it is replaced by a deep, subtly moving Reese Bass from Serum, with light filter automation helping build tension into the drop.

2) Instruments

The main movement comes from the Keys preset in Serum 2, playing the chord progression F# → Bbm → Fm with strong Kickstart sidechain against the kick. Filter automation changes its character across the arrangement, keeping the part evolving. In the breakdown, String Fast and Horn Chopper add a subtle high-frequency melody, while panning and FX automation creates movement without distracting from the main groove.

3) Drums

The drums follow a classic four-on-the-floor house groove with minimal percussion and accents, providing a solid foundation without competing with the instruments. Snare Drum Fill, Crash and Rim elements are used mainly for build-ups before drops and breakdowns, adding energy to transitions while keeping the overall groove clean.

4) Full Project

The arrangement follows a classic Pop House structure without unnecessary layering or overcomplication, while still keeping the listener engaged through subtle changes and well-timed transitions.
