Inside The Project Jigitz, venbee - seeing stars  Ableton Remake

1) Instruments

The track is driven mainly by two Serum 2 Presets. Synth 1 works in the lower register with a rhythmic pattern that adds movement, while Synth 2 fills the upper register with a wider and denser harmonic layer. Together they develop the simple F → Bb harmony with additional chord tones, creating a fuller melodic texture. In the final pre-drop, a siren-like Lead adds extra tension and power, while extensive automation keeps all instruments evolving throughout the Arrangement.

2)Bass

The Bass is created with the Rise preset in Serum 2, using internal automation to shape both the filtered intro sound and the main bass tone without additional VST processing. Strong sidechain and a distinctive bass pattern create both rhythmic and melodic groove, giving the track constant movement while keeping the low end clean.

3)Drums

The drums use an extremely minimalistic four-on-the-floor groove with no additional percussion, leaving most of the rhythmic movement to the instruments. In the breakdown, an additional kick rumble and extensive drum automation — including filtering and snare reverb — create a rising build-up that increases tension before the drop.

4)Full Project View

A simple but detailed project that clearly demonstrates how an interesting rhythmic approach, expressive instrument patterns, and automation can create a powerful groove without unnecessary layers or an overly complex Arrangement.

All TMA projects and templates feature a clean, professional arrangement, making it easy to understand the structure and explore MIDI, chords, Serum Presets, samples, sound design, automation and mixing techniques.
